Sentinel-2 is the second mission for Europeâ€™s Copernicus environment monitoring programme. It's a satellite constellation of two identical spacecrafts, Sentinel-2A and -2B. Both carry an innovative wide swath high-resolution multispectral imager with 13 spectral bands for a new perspective of our land and vegetation.
